These mats are the ultimate mats for ink blending. My "Ink Perfect" blending mats have been manufactured to incorporate two different textures.
- The smooth surface is perfect to work on
- The rougher side gives a better grip to your work surface.
This is the largest of our two mats measuring 335mm x 5oomm
How to use
Take your ink and put it onto your mat working it gently onto the surface where it will temporarily bind into the fine micro pores. Work with two or three inks at the same time, either separately or use your imagination to blend colours together. In this way, on your mat you will have the individual colours on the outside and the blended colour in the middle allowing you to gradually fade into and out of colours on your project seamlessly. You can apply your inks with a sponge or blending tool; the choice is yours.
Caring for your mat
Clean the surface of your “ink perfect” project mat by using water or solvent and tissue or clean rag.
